In Partnership with WayPoint, your child has access to a leadership development program specifically designed for our most vulnerable - our children. In one-on-one sessions, students learn 32 coaching concepts that will benefit them for a lifetime. What can you and your child expect?

Space for students to gain confidence and clarity about who they are and how they are uniquely gifted, which increases intrinsic motivation.

The program is designed to help students move forward academically, relationally and personally. This college and career prep experience helps students gain increased confidence about who they are, their leadership abilities, and how they can positively impact their community. Students also learn what higher education academic programs they may want to pursue.
About WayPoint and Coach Brenda Niemeyer
We each have a story of how we’ve ended up where we are. I’m no different. I’m a single mother, a co-parent, a college graduate and have spent most of my adult life working with students. (Love them!!)
My journey began at a Conference for teens. As the conference got underway, I realized how difficulty of being thrust into a difficult situation through no fault of their own. How could anyone expect them to succeed surrounded by so much conflict and uncertainty?
I clearly remember working with one young man. He was desperate for a way out of the situation he found himself in. Together we build a plan that helped him not only survive, but thrive.
After that experience, I began searching for something that could make a difference in the lives of youth, those from stable situations and those from hard places. I began training. I have since found this is my niche, my life’s calling — the way I can make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
