Sample Orders and Protocols

We continually add sample protocols and order language to help support healthier co-parenting. Please feel free to download what you wish - we are here to help the Family Law Community as well as provide resources for our co-parent clients. If you need more support in these areas, please feel free to reach out to us using the link below:

ADAP Sample Orders

The orders below are intended to provide sample language for those situations requiring the appointment of a PC. As always, please adjust the details to fit the specific needs of the case. We recommend the following best practices:

  • Write the order to the FIRM NAME, not the specific practitioner. At ADAP, we will always do our best to honor requests for practitioners. However, we ask that we be given the latitude to engage the right practitioner with the right expertise to the right case. We believe this will give each family the best possible chance of a successful outcome.

  • Define a specific timeframe, not a set number of sessions. Each case is different, and as the PC, we often find that each co-parent has different concerns and may need different coaching. Defining a timeframe instead of a specific number or type of sessions gives the professional the proper latitude to adjust the intervention to meet the specific needs of the family.
