Erica is a credentialed Parent Coordinator and ICF Certified Coach with over 4,000 client-facing hours of High-Intensity and Trauma-Informed coaching. She has extensive experience working with high-conflict co-parents in both the civilian and military space. Her clients enjoy a fast-paced, accelerated approach that always includes tactical and practical ways to immediately implement new ideas and strategies.

With a strong background in family law and child development, Erin brings a calm, solution-oriented approach to every situation. She excels at mediating disputes, educating parents on effective parenting practices, and guiding families through transitions such as separation or divorce. Her mission is to empower parents to communicate more effectively, establish healthy boundaries, and foster nurturing relationships with their children.

With over 30 years of experience as a parent coordinator, CASA, school leader, advocate, and mediator, Monica specializes in helping families navigate the complexities of co-parenting, with a particular expertise in supporting children with diverse learning needs.
